Penza, 29 March 2012. PenzaNews. 27 statements under art. 14 of the law "About protection of the competition" were revealed by Penza FAS of Russia in 2011. 13 cases of administrative offenses were initiated as the results of inspection.

"During the hearing of cases the facts of distribution of false data, introductions of consumers in error, sale of the goods with illegal use of results of intellectual activity were established that treats manifestations of an unfair competition," they reported in the press service of antimonopoly body.

In ten cases on official and legal entities protocols are made and penalties are imposed on the sum of 568 thousand roubles.
