Penza, 2 April 2012. PenzaNews. Police officers of the May Day region of the Penza region search for the young man on suspicion in theft of 20 SIM cards to cell phones to the sum of 5 880 thousand rubles.

“The malefactor stole SIM cards from a show-window in one of Penza malls. The hall is equipped with video cameras which embodied the suspect,” reported the press service of the Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

By sight the malefactor is 20-25 years old, 175-180 cm height and thin constitution. He was dressed in a black rainy jacket with a hood and red inserts on a collar, a white baseball cap.
