Penza, 3 April 2012. PenzaNews. Officers of department of counteraction of corruption of Russia for the Penza region together with regional government of FSB of the Russian Federation arrested the representative of the debtor at bribery to the court enforcement officer.

“Material compensation at a rate of 10 thousand rubles was offered to the court enforcement officer for default of requirements of the document on a ban of operation of the uninhabited building belonging to the debtor,” explained Ksenia Pivovarova, the main specialist on interaction with mass media of the office of Court Enforcement Officers FSSP of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

She added that Investigatory department of investigative committee of the Russian Federation for s the Penza region initiated the criminal case under p.1 Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Bribery to Official.”
