Penza, 6 April 2012. PenzaNews. Former military commissioners of Nikolsky and Neverkinsky districts of the Penza region Vyacheslav Gordeyev and Rasheed Isyanov were accused of fraud abuse their official position.

"As it was established during the investigation, for monetary compensation at the rate from 50 to 80 thousand rubles employees of military registration and enlistment offices issued to recruits military IDs and they were recognized ineligible for military service. As a result of implementation of the criminal scheme more than 20 young people avoided military service of the Russian Federation," reported in the press service of office of FSS of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

Criminal activity was stopped by employees of military counterintelligence of the Penza garrison and territorial administration of FSS of the Russian Federation.

The high-ranking officers were recognized by the Penza garrison military court guilty and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.

"Vyacheslav Gordeyev recognized the fault, indemnified a material loss and was condemned for 2 years of 6 months of imprisonment of suspended prison sentence with a trial period of 3 years. Rasheed Isyanov didn't recognize the fault. He is condemned for 4 years of 6 months of imprisonment of suspended prison sentence and is deprived of a military rank "colonel," specified in the press service.
