Penza, 13 April 2012. PenzaNews. Activity of JSC KTK Gamma the owner of “Gazelle was suspended by Federal Service for Transport Supervision due to the road accident on April 2 on 27th km of highway “Kuznetsk — Neverkino” when three people were lost and four passengers injured.

“Violations of license requirements and conditions were revealed during unplanned inspection of carrier’s activity,” reported in the press service of interregional office of the state road supervision for the Penza region and Republic Mordovia of Federal service of transport supervision.

In particular, JSC KTK Gamma didn't organize control of technical condition of buses before departure therefore there were cases of buses on the route with technical malfunctions.

“Activity of JSC KTK Gamma is suspended until jury trial,” specified in the department press service.
