Penza, 13 April 2012. PenzaNews. More than 300 violations of the law in the sphere of environmental protection were revealed by bodies of prosecutor's office of the Penza region during the inspections in 2012.

“So, Kamensky interdistrict prosecutor revealed that the system of sewage treatment available for sugar plant JSC “Atmis-Sakhar” doesn’t provide cleaning and disinfecting of sewage by the way guaranteeing effective cleaning of polluting substances to norms of dumping that breaks legitimate rights and interests of residents of Kamenka and Kamensky area,” reported senior assistant prosecutor of the region Tatyana Ostrovskaya.

She noted that on the revealed violations the statement of claim is sent to city court about compulsion of JSC “Atmis-Sakhar” to construct and put in operation treatment facilities for prevention of dumping sewage with excess of admissible level of polluting substances.

“Prosecutor of the city of Kuznetsk revealed also that 35 schools of city passports on a being formed waste aren't made. The persons responsible for their utilization, have no vocational training. In this regard to directors of schools 35 representations which are considered and satisfied are brought. 35 persons are involved in a disciplinary responsibility,” the interlocutor of agency told.

According to her, similar violations came to light the prosecutor of the Bessonovsky area to whom 15 statements of claim are sent to court about compulsion of administrations of schools to eliminate the revealed violations.

“The prosecutor of Zemetchinsky area and the Kamensky interdistrict prosecutor during supervising activities for performance of the legislation in the sphere of protection of surrounding environment existence of unauthorized dumps in the supervised territory came to light. By results of the carried-out checks by prosecutors statements for compulsion of local governments are sent to courts to liquidate unauthorized dumps,” Tatyana Ostrovskaya added.
