Penza, 17 April 2012. PenzaNews. The world judge of Oktyabrsky district of Penza imposed 700 thousand roubles penalty on LLC “Eldorado Group” for illegal gambling.

“By prosecutor's office of the Oktyabrsky area it was established that in the club located in Prospekt Stroiteley, 134b, in Penza, LLC “Eldorado Group” carries out illegal gambling using slot machines. Following the results of check the prosecutor of the area initiated administrative case,” reported acting senior assistant of prosecutor of the Penza region of Juliya Makarova.

She added that the statement of claim is sent to Meshchansky district court of Moscow concerning illegal activity of LLC “Eldorado Group” and its termination.

“The statement is under consideration,” the spokeswoman said.
