Penza, 18 April 2012. PenzaNews. Kondolsky district court of the Penza region considered criminal case concerning the man accused of not of life-threatening and health violence to the public officer.

“On January 13, 2012 the convict, being in alcohol intoxication, being arrested by police officers for an administrative offense attempted to disappear. One of police officers tried to catch him. This time the malefactor bit the policeman’s hand, having caused slight injuries,” explained in the regional court press service.

The defendant repented his deeds, fault recognized completely.

“The accused was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of 6 months,” reported in the department press service.
