Disabled person evicted from nursing home for alcoholism and fights in Penza region

Penza, 24 April 2012. PenzaNews. Penza regional court left unchanged Serdobsk city court verdict concerning disabled person eviction from nursing home for numerous violations of the rules.
“The representative of the establishment appealed to the court with the claim about eviction of the disabled person, 1980 year of birth, who systematically broke the rules, abused alcohol, participated in fights, offended residents and staff,” reported the press secretary of Penza regional court Natalia Bychenkova.
She added that the man faced administrative arrest for 5 days for public order violation.
“Besides, he constantly left the nursing home and as the man was under the care of establishment which bears responsibility for his life and health, its administration had to search for him,” the spokeswoman noted.
According to her, Serdobsk city court decided to evict the disabled person from the nurse home. The man disagreed, having counted it unreasonable and made the appeal complaint.
“The judicial board on civil cases left the complaint without satisfaction. The decision entered validity,” the spokeswoman summarized.
