Penza, 16 May 2012. PenzaNews. A 16-year-old driver of a scooter was hospitalized in the regional children hospital named after Filatov because of the road accident, which occurred in Zheleznodorozhny district of Penza on Tuesday, May 15.

“At 16.35 near house in Clara Tsetkin street the driver of VAZ-21099 ran into the scooter moving along the main road. Then the scooterist, a teenager of 1995 year of birth, hit a parked VAZ-2108 car,” reported the press service of Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

As a result, the underage skooterist got a blunt injury of stomach, craniocerebral trauma, concussion of brain and closed fracture of bottom third of a hip of the left shin.
