Penza, 16 May 2012. PenzaNews. The sentence of Leninsky district court of Penza, according to which the head of capital construction of the city Mahomed Agamagomedov was found guilty, entered into force.

“The head of department did not appeal from a judgment. Currently he works in the same position, but is no longer the chairman of the committee on orders placement,” reported the assistant of the prosecutor of the region Julia Makarova.

As it was reported earlier, the chief of municipal enterprise “Department of Capital Construction of Penza” Mahomed Agamagomedov headed the committee on orders placement created in the enterprise.

In September, 2010 he ordered to make fake audio recording of the course of the auction and the auction protocol on performance of contract works on the object “Reconstruction of the main building of City Hospital named after Zakharyin and constructing of additional building for magnetic and resonant tomographic scanner.”

The documents did not satisfy valid circumstances of an open auction, the winner of the auction and the last bid were changed.

After that, Mahomed Agamagomedov personally signed the false protocol of the auction, and then on its basis he signed the municipal contract on behalf of the head of the enterprise.

Agamagomedov fully recognized his fault during the court session.

He was convicted of p.1 art. 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
