Zarechny, 17 May 2012. PenzaNews. Police officers of Zarechny of the Penza region search for an unknown driver of a dark color scooter who had brought down a schoolboy on Wednesday, May 16.

“At 14.20 near the house in Stroiteli street an unknown driver of a scooter brought down the underage boy of 2002 year of birth at an unregulated pedestrian crossing and disappeared from the scene,” reported in the press service of Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

As a result, the pedestrian was hospitalized in traumatological department of City Hospital with the closed craniocerebral trauma, brain concussion, hurt wound of an elbow joint, a face graze and thorax injury.
