Penza, 23 May 2012. PenzaNews. An unemployed 35-year-old resident of Issa of the Penza region was condemned for keeping a drug-house.

“In February and March, 2012 the woman provided to her acquaintances a room for manufacturing desomorphine and then let them drug there. This fact became known to law enforcement officials, and in March the ill-minded woman was detained,” reported the senior assistant prosecutor of area Juliya Makarova.

She said that the resident of Issa was found guilty under p.1 art. 232 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, she was sentenced to one year of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of one year.

The sentence has not yet enured.

“In response to the requirements of the prosecutor police appealed to the district court with the statement for deprivation of the woman, registered at the Issinsky Central Regional Hospital with the diagnosis drug addiction, the parental rights concerning her minor child. The application is under consideration,” added Julia Makarova.
