The head of the press service of Office of Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Penza region Timofey Nikulin reported about it in his interview with news agency “PenzaNews.”

“In the evening on Tuesday, May 22, two tightly closed vessels were brought to a scrap yard in Tcherkasov Street. Next morning while sawing one of the vessels the liquid poured out from it and there was a pungent gas smell in the air,” explained the spokesman.
