Penza, 23 May 2012. PenzaNews. Drugs from the list of precursors which are limited in Russia and turnover of which is under special control were found at schools in Kamenka of the Penza region during public prosecutor’s inspection.

“It was established that precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances were stored in chemistry classrooms for practical laboratory works at schools No. 4 and No. 7 in Kamenka. Form of the register book for recording drugs turnover does not satisfy legislation requirements,” reported the senior assistant of prosecutor of the Penza region of Julia Makarova.

She noted that the inter-district prosecutor sent two statements of claim to Kamensky court to declare inaction of school administrations and their non-compliance with the requirements of the law concerning storage of these drugs illegal and to eliminate detected violations.
