Moscow, 25 May 2012. PenzaNews. A 37-year-old resident of the Penza region was arrested on suspicion of stabbing a police officer of Office of Interior Ministry in Moscow Metro. Incident occurred in the afternoon on Friday, May 25.

“At 13.20 the police officer of Office of Interior Ministry of Moscow Metro being on duty at a station was reported that at the entrance to the subway a strange man being in alcoholic intoxication attack passengers with a knife. The aggressive man attacked the police officer and struck him a stab wound while the policeman was trying to detain the aggressor,” reported in the press service.

The police officer neutralized the hooligan and delivered him to the police room. Then he was hospitalized with a stab thigh wound.
