Penza, 28 May 2012. PenzaNews. There is a traffic jam at crossing of Suvorov and Kirov streets in Penza because of a broken traffic light today on Monday morning, May 28.

The correspondent of news agency PenzaNews reports from the scene that there is green light down Suvorov street for a long time, and red light — down Kirov street.

“There is no officers of traffic police regulating the traffic or specialists repairing traffic lights at the scene,” informed the correspondent.
