Vadinsk, 4 June 2012. PenzaNews. A resident of Vadinskiy district of the Penza region Olga Klimukhina was found guilty of insulting a representative of the authorities acting in the discharge of his official duties.

As senior assistant to the prosecutor of the region Julia Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews,” it was established during the examination of the criminal case that Olga Klimukhina in a state of alcoholic intoxication publicly insulted a local authorized police officer of the police office of the Nizhnelomovskiy intermunicipal department of the ministry of internal affairs in her home in the village of Vadinsk with the aim of denigrating the honor and dignity of a representative of the authorities acting in the discharge of his official duties.

“The Court has found Olga Klimukhina guilty of committing the crime and sentenced her to 120 hours of community service,” Julia Makarova said.
