Penza, 5 June 2012. PenzaNews. The office of the Russian Consumer Protection Agency for the Penza region checked the regional office of Russian Post Federal State Unitary Enterprise for compliance with procedures for recording, storing and providing information about money operations subject to control under the Russian law as well as for organizing and performing internal checks.

“The inspection revealed violations of mandatory requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Federal Law “On combating the legalization (laundering) of criminally gained income and the financing of terrorism”. A direction for the elimination of the revealed violation has been issued,” the press service of the agency told news agency “PenzaNews.”

An administrative offense report was prepared in respect of the responsible officer of the company.
