11-year-old schoolboy drowned in Penza

Penza, 9 June 2012. PenzaNews. A boy born in 2001 was drowned in a pond in Penza on Friday, June 8.

As the press-service of the Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the tragedy occurred at 16:50 Moscow time near Pushkari Street.

According to the spokesperson of Head Office of Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Penza region Timofey Nikulin, details of the accident will be announced later.
