Penza resident to get two years in prison for stealing model cars
Penza, 29 June 2012. PenzaNews. A resident of Penza is sentenced to actual prison term for stealing property in the amount of 2,505 rubles.
“In January 2012 a man broke into apartment, intending to steal something significant. However, he found only 15 mini model cars, radio-clock and cell phone, then fled with the stolen but later was arrested,” reported the Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova on Friday, June 29.
The court found the man guilty under subsection “a” of Part 3, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft committed with illegal entry into private property” and sentenced him to two years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
