Penza, 5 July 2012. PenzaNews. A resident of Zemetchinsky district, the Penza Region, was sentenced to seven days in jail for failure to pay an administrative penalty for disorderly conduct within the legal period.

“The man was repeatedly warned of the need to pay a fine of 600 rubles, but he evaded the payment,” the Chief Expert of Media Relations of Federal Service of Court Officers of the Russian Federation in the region Ksenia Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Having considered the materials of the case, the judge sentenced the man to administrative arrest.

“The fine must be paid no later than 30 days from the date when the decision of imposition of fine comes into legal force,” Ksenia Pivovarova reminded.
