Penza, 11 July 2012. PenzaNews. A 19-year-old resident of Penza drowned in the Sura river on Tuesday, July 10.

As the press-service of the Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” information about the tragedy was received at 20.25.

“A young man drowned in front of witnesses while swimming in the beach area near KPD,” said the press service.
