“Alexander Murashkin and Vladimir Goryunov entered into criminal collusion and developed a scheme whereby the head of Alferevo village council let on lease nine land sectors to his wife, the chairperson of peasant farming, for the period of 49 years. Later, due to the fact that greenhouses were built on this land, it was announced her property,” clarified he.

According to Rustam Tugushev, later 6 of 9 land sectors become the property of Alexander Murashkin.

“The investigative authorities have calculated the damage of those manipulations — 143 million rubles,” he stressed.

Rustam Tugushev added that currently investigative authorities are preparing the final version of the accusation, which will be sent to the prosecutor.

“Both suspects have signed recognizance not to leave. They will soon be summoned to the officer,” he concluded.
