Penza, 18 July 2012. PenzaNews. A 16-year-old student was injured in an accident in Maxim Gorky St., Penza, on Tuesday, July 17.

“Opposite the house No. 54 the driver of VAZ-2110, born 1992, hit a cyclist, a student of 9th grade,” reported in the advocacy group of the Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region.

The ministry added that the student was hospitalized with brain concussion, closed head injury, nose fracture, and upper lip bruise.

The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
