Penza, 15 August 2012. PenzaNews. A resident of the city of Penza paid off a large amount of loan debt payments after he had been temporarily restricted from leaving the territory of Russia.

“The debtor was temporarily restricted from leaving the country and after the decree the man visited the bailiff and paid off the full amount of debt, which was 123 thousand rubles, including enforcement fee,” the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs Kseniya Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She noted that the procedure for removing the restrictions usually takes about two weeks from the date of repayment.
