Penza, 27 August 2012. PenzaNews. Investigation Department of Investigation Committee of Russia for the Penza region forwarded to prosecutor’s office the criminal case against the champion in combat sambo, 23-year-old native of the Republic of Tajikistan accused of killing the woman, for the confirmation of his indictment.

“The investigation department has gathered sufficient evidence; however, the accused did not plead guilty. Currently, he is kept in custody,” said Stanislav Zasimov, the investigator of Investigative Department of Zheleznodorozhny District of Penza.

He explained that part 1 of Article105 of the Criminal Code “Murder” is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 6 to 15 years.

As reported earlier, on 8 February 2012, 22-year-old native of Tajikistan assaulted the woman 1981 year of birth near shop center “San&Mart.” The resident of Penza was hospitalized with several knife wounds but died in the hospital.
