Two people killed in car accident near Penza

Penza, 30 August 2012. PenzaNews. Two people were killed in an accident involving VAZ-2114 car and Gazelle truck, which took place on the 8th km of the road “Akhuny — Zolotarevka” on Wednesday, August 29.

“A 29-year-old woman lost control of the car, swerved into the oncoming traffic lane and crashed into Gazelle truck,” explained the inspector of promotion of road traffic safety of the regional department of the Traffic Police Marina Antipova.

According to her, the woman and a 27-year-old passenger of VAZ-2114 died at the scene.

The circumstances of the accident are being clarified.
