Penza, 5 September 2012. PenzaNews. 13 executives of various organizations of the Penza region have been brought to administrative responsibility for violation of labor legislation and labor protection from the beginning of 2012.

According to the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova, all of them have been previously punished for administrative offenses.

“Thus, during the inspection at JSC Khleborob the prosecution officers of Lopatinsky district revealed arrears of wages in the amount of 500,010 rubles. Due to the fact that similar violations have been registered before, the court disqualified the director of the company for one year,” the agency interlocutor explained.

Yuliya Makarova noted that under part 2, Art. 5.27 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation repeated violations of labor legislation and labor protection by the officials threatens with 1 to 3 years of disqualification.
