Penza, 5 September 2012. PenzaNews. 17-year-old resident of Penza is accused of distributing pornography with minors.

According to the Senior Assistant to the Head of Investigative Department of Investigative Committee in Penza, Media relations division, Lyudmila Fomina, the teenager posted pornographic videos involving minors on his website from 2010 to April 2012.

“These facts have been detected by “K”-department experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region when inspecting one of the social groups on the Internet containing photos and videos of pornography with minors. The investigation agency collected sufficient evidence base, a criminal case has been sent to Oktyabrsky District Court for consideration on the merits,” explained Lyudmila Fomina.

She pointed that the teenager faces 3 to 10 years of imprisonment.
