Penza, 14 September 2012. PenzaNews. The resident of Bekovsky area, the Penza region was subjected to 24-hour detention for not paying the fine.

“The woman, who failed to pay the fine imposed by the senior bailiff of Bekovsky area department within the statutory period, was re-called for administrative responsibility according to part 1, Art. 20.25, Administrative Code “Administrative punishment evasion” explained media relations chief expert of the regional management of Federal Service of Bailiffs Ksenia Pivovarova.

She added that on the same day, another citizen, evading fine payment was subjected to the penalty of a double fine — two thousand rubles.

“During eight months of 2012 the bailiffs of the Penza region called for responsibility for this kind of violation over a thousand debtors, 437 of whom were punished in the form of administrative detention,” the agency interlocutor explained.
