Bailiffs arrested 38 machines of Electromechanical Plant in Nizhny Lomov

Penza, 18 September 2012. PenzaNews. Penza bailiffs seized 38 machines of JSC Nizhnelomovsky Electromechanical Plant which has outstanding debt to the federal budget.

As the media relations chief expert of the regional management of Federal Service of Bailiffs Ksenia Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews,” the seized assets amounted to 753 thousand rubles.

“If the company does not pay the debt, it will be transferred for subsequent sale. The money received from the sale will be used to repay the debt,” Ksenia Pivovarova explained.

She added that as of September 2012, there are 121 enforcement proceedings for more than 227 million rubles in the inter-district department of bailiffs.
