Penza, 26 September 2012. PenzaNews. 31 drivers were stopped by the traffic police for driving while intoxicated in the Penza region for the past day.

“Administrative reports were drawn up against each of them. Now the court has to decide on what term – 1,5 or 2 years – they will be deprived of their driving license,” said Pavel Boltyshev, the Inspector of promotion of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region.

He also added that in total 1,206 traffic violations were registered in the region on Tuesday, September 25.

“54 car accidents without victims were registered on that day,” emphasized Pavel Boltyshev.
