Penza, 8 October 2012. PenzaNews. Pervomaysky District Court of Penza found guilty a local resident of an offense under Part 2, Art. 138 of the Criminal Code “Violation of the privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal, telegraph and other messages.”

According to the press service of the Judicial Department of the Penza region, the case was considered on the trial specifically.

“The girl, being an employee of the call center group of one of the mobile operators, viewed details of calls, dates, time and duration on the phone number belonging to her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend in order to find out whether there still were any relations between them,” reported the press service of the Department.

In July 2012 the victim filed a complaint with the police on validity of the request of her call details.

“At the trial the defendant admitted her guilt, and repented. The court took into account the basis and degree of social danger of the crime, the identity of the defendant, her young age, as well as mitigating circumstances and assigned the punishment of 200-hour compulsory work,” the press service pointed out.

The verdict has not entered into force yet.
