Penza, 9 October 2012. PenzaNews. Resident of Serdobsk, the Penza region, Dmitry Balakin was put on wanted list for offenses under Part 2, Art. 209 of the Criminal Code “Participation in a stable armed group.”

“The officers of the Criminal Investigation Department are supervising the search process. We know that this man was born in 1966, officially registered on Stroiteley Av., Penza, but actually lived on Kulakova St,” reported the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The ministry stressed that the wanted was also suspected of intentionally causing serious body injuries, resulting in the death of the victim.
