Driver hit cyclist and fled in Tamalinsky area

Penza, 12 October 2012. PenzaNews. 38-year-old cyclist suffered in a traffic accident that occurred on the road “Tamala — Belinsky” in the Penza region on Thursday evening, October 11.

“The driver of an unidentified vehicle hit the cyclist riding on the side of the road, and fled,” reported the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The ministry added that the woman was hospitalized with a head injury in a state of traumatic shock.
