Penza, 30 October 2012. PenzaNews. Police cordoned off the territory around the building of Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Nash Dom” (Our Home) because of an abandoned suitcase found next to the fence.

As a correspondent of news agency PenzaNews reports from the scene, the suitcase on wheels drew the attention of a passersby who then called the police.

Experts do not rule out the possible existence of an explosive device in the suitcase.
