In the period from January 4 to September 28, 2011, the young man using his home computer posted pornographic materials on his page in the social network, making them available to public.

According to the defendant, he did not expect that his actions were criminal.

The city executive found the young man guilty of a crime under Art. 242 of the Criminal Code “Illicit production and circulation of pornographic materials or objects,” and sentenced him to punishment in the form of a fine.

According to the area newspaper “Vpered” (Forward), the court also decided to withdraw the computer from which the distribution of pornographic materials was operated, and turn it to the revenue of the state as an instrument of crime.
