Penza resident stole 10-thousand-ruble bottle of cognac

Penza, 7 November 2012. PenzaNews. The unknown person stole a bottle of cognac that cost 9,698 rubles from the shop in Zheleznodorozhny area of Penza.

“On suspicion of the crime a man, born 1983, was arrested. The detainee is currently not working, was previously convicted and put under the administrative control,” reported the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region.

The ministry added that the fact is investigated.
