Issa, 29 November 2012. PenzaNews. A resident of village Issa, the Penza region was fined 10 thousand rubles for a false report about a bomb in the administration building.

“In September 2012, a man, being at home in a state of intoxication in order to cause public agitation called the reception of the district administration and the police informing about the pre-planned terrorist act. As a result the administrative work was stopped. However, the explosives were not found,” informed the press service of Issa area court.

“The defendant admitted his guilt, and willingly cooperated with the investigation group. He was found guilty of a crime under Art. 207 of the Criminal Code “False report of an act of terrorism,” the press service explained.
