Penza, 11 December 2012. PenzaNews. Compensation for moral damage will be paid to the resident of Zarechny, the Penza region, photographs of who were posted on the Internet on the website “Odnoklassniki” without his consent.

“During the trial, the plaintiff’s representative requested to remove these photographs, as well as to recover the compensation for moral damage in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, and the court expenses in the amount of 6,7 thousand rubles. The court justified the claims and partly honored them,” reported the press service of Zarechny City Court.

“The defendant is obliged to remove the photographs from the website. Also, he is to pay compensation for moral damage in the amount of 500 rubles, the expenses for the court representative — 1,5 thousand rubles, and the state fee — 200 rubles,” clarified the court, adding that the decision has not yet entered into force.
