Penza, 12 December 2012. PenzaNews. The investigating authorities of the Investigation Committee of Russia in the Penza region brought the final accusation against a resident of Belinsky, born 1989, who ate the hearts of his victims.

“According to the investigation, the accused had a negative attitude towards the people consuming too much alcohol, leading nomadic life, and so he came with an idea of murdering these people having no official record. For this purpose, he developed a plan, prepared tools, studied the experience of people convicted of serial killings, various ways to hide the crime, including the bodies of the victims, reported the press service of the Investigating Committee of Russia on Wednesday, December 12.

The ministry clarified that during the period from 2009 to 2011 the defendant killed nine residents of the Penza region with a knife, and buried their bodies in Belinsky.

“During the verification of his testimony human, remains were discovered. It was found that in two cases, the defendant after committing a murder extracted the hearts of the victims, took them with him, and then ate,” added the Investigating Committee of Russia.

The press service noted that in January 2012, the man also committed a theft — smashing the shop window, he stole the money, kitchen knives and other property to the amount of around 10 thousand rubles.

“The man has been charged with offenses under paragraph “a,” Part 2, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code “Murder,” Part 1, Art. 244 of the Criminal Code “Violation of dead bodies and burial places,” and paragraph “b,” Part 2, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft,” the press service summed up.
