23 drunk drivers arrested in Penza region for the past day

Penza, 29 December 2012. PenzaNews. 23 people driving a vehicle while intoxicated were detained by the police for the past day in the Penza region.

“All in all, more than 1,2 thousand of traffic violations were detected that day, including 149 cases of over-speeding,” the press service of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region told news agency PenzaNews on Saturday, December 29.

The department added that more than 60 accidents with material damage were recorded for the past day.
