According to the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Nikolai Sarmin, about 280 people were brought to administrative responsibility for various offenses. “46 drivers were arrested for driving while intoxicated, 20 car accidents with material damage were reported,” he said.
