Two students arrested for drinking alcohol on territory of kindergarten in Penza

Penza, 25 January 2013. PenzaNews. Police officers of Oktyabrsky district of Penza detained two students, drinking alcohol on the territory of a kindergarten in the evening.
“The minors explained that alcohol was purchased for them by a stranger at their request,” commented the chief inspector of juvenile police department No. 3 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Penza Oleg Pivtsaev.
He specified that the police officers called the parents of one of the students and the legal representatives of the other.
“Reports under Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Code, “Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minors to perform duties on their support and education” were drawn up. The reports were directed to the committee on juvenile affairs in Oktyabrsky district of Penza,” he said.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region, the teenagers were sent home as soon as the paperwork was done.
