Penza, 13 February 2013. PenzaNews. The resident of village Malaya Serdoba, the Penza region was sentenced to six months of imprisonment in a penal colony for fraudulent evasion of paying alimony for her three minor children.

“It was found that the woman had previously been convicted of a similar offense. She was sentenced to eight months of corrective labor with 5% of earnings taken by the state,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that the woman repeated the offence in relation to her children not being fully through with her previous sentence.
