Penza, 15 February 2013. PenzaNews. A resident of Maloserdobinsky area, the Penza region, born 1978, was sentenced to 440 hours of compulsory labor for the offense under Art. 156 of the Criminal Code “Breach of duty on upbringing of minors.”

“It was established that the man abused his daughter, born 2002. For a long time being in a state of intoxication, he brawled and assaulted the minor,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She also noted that the sentence has not entered into force, and may be appealed within the statutory period.
