Penza, 27 February 2013. PenzaNews. A 100-thousand-ruble fine was exacted by the bailiffs from a resident of Issa village, the Penza region assigned to him for the distribution of pornographic materials on the Internet.

“The debtor received the decision of executory process for the recovery of criminal fine. The bailiff also explained to him that in case of failure to pay the fine within the statutory period, it may be replaced by some other form of punishment, including imprisonment. After this the man paid the court-appointed fine in full,” the expert in media relations of the regional administration of federal service of judicial bailiffs Ksenia Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She reminded that in 2011, the young man posted pornographic materials on his page on the social network, not knowing that his actions were regarded as a criminal offense.
