Violations revealed in activity of JSC “Dairy plant “Penzensky”

Penza, 4 March 2013. PenzaNews. A number of violations of the current legislation were found in activity of JSC “Dairy plant “Penzensky” as a result of scheduled overall audit by the regional department of Nature Surveillance Service of Russia.

“It was found that the use of natural resources was conducted with violation of the license agreement. As a result the head of milk collection point in village Shemysheyka was subjected to a fine in the amount of 20 thousand rubles,” the press service of the regional department of Nature Surveillance Service of Russia reported to news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department added that the legal entity was also subjected to a fine of 10 thousand rubles for not taking into account all sources of pollutant emissions and air pollution, as well as their actual characteristics.

“Moreover, the project of waste generation and disposal limits does not include waste generated as a result of activity of milk collection point located in Shemysheyka. The engineer of labor and environment protection of the plant was brought to administrative responsibility in a form of a fine in the amount of one thousand rubles,” the press service said.

The department explained that based on the results of the audit, the management company received an inspection act with instructions on elimination of violations.
