Penza, 20 March 2013. PenzaNews. A worker from Uzbekistan died during repair works on the roof of the building, located on the territory of “Samko” plant in Penza on Wednesday, March 20.

According to the officer of the department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Denis Kostryukov, the man fell from the roof and then was pressed down by a stone flag.

“Worker died on the spot,” the agency interlocutor specified.

At present, a criminal investigative group is looking into the circumstances of the incident.
